Our state-of-the-art SMT placement lines are capable of handling 1005 microchips, 10 thou lead pitch QFPs and micro BGAs down to 0,25mm pitch and 0,1mm dia ball. These fully automated lines are capable of placing in excess of 30,000 components per hour. High efficiency is achieved by the advanced preparation and execution of quick changeovers from product to product, facilitated using a quick feeder exchange system and resulting in the lowest cost per placement and optimum price performance for our customers.
Our continued investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment ensures that we can consistently deliver outstanding price performance compared to much larger CEM’s without compromising quality or delivery performance. This flexible approach to our customers needs means we provide a bespoke service which can include working with free issue materials or material procurement and supply chain management.
